Do you use 100% Australian Alpaca Fleece?

  • Yes - all Beanies, Scarfs and Headbands are all Handmade made from 100% Australian Alpaca Fleece.

Are all your Beanies, Scarfs & Head Bands Hand Made?

  • Yes, each piece is unique and crafted by Hand.

What are some of the benefits of wearing Alpaca?

  • It is a natural fibre, retains heat, light weight and is extremely soft.

Is Alpaca fibre good for sensitive skin?

  • Yes - Alpaca fibre is hypoallergenic (contains no lanolin) and great for people with sensitive skin.

Do Alpacas need to be shorn each and every year?

  • Yes - Alpacas do not shed their fleece and have to be sheared once a year. They have exceptionally warm and long fleece for winter and if they are not shorn they will overheat in summer which could be fatal.

I have my own Alpacas and would like the fibre processed, can you provide this service?

  • Yes - we can now process your Alpaca fibre / fleece into workable Yarn, Rovings or Felt Batts.

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping, Packaging & Handling is a flat rate of $12 (Regular Post) and $16 (Express Post) per order within Australia.

Do you ship to an overseas address?

  • Yes, we can ship to an international address but please note that shipping will be quoted separately to your order once it is confirmed.

Can I collect my products?

  • Yes - each Saturday between 8am and 1pm at the Richmond Good Food Markets, NSW (118 March St, Richmond NSW 2753)

Can I return my products if I change my mind?

  • Whilst we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if your product is faulty or different to the item ordered please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to discuss your options.

  • Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases.
